Guest Professor for Anglo-American Civil Law at the University of Göttingen
For the third time Prof. Mark Gergen from the UC Berkeley School of Law will come back to Göttingen in May 2017. Kindly supported by the Hannover Rück-Group and invited by Prof. Dr. Torsten Körber he will introduce American Contract and Tort Law. The english lecture allows the students to broaden their horizons beyond German law, in addition the participants will be given the opportunity to acquire the necessary certificate for a subject-specific foreign language exam.
