Delegation of the National Chengchi University, Taipei, in Göttingen
On December 1, 2016, a delegation of the National Chengchi University (NCCU), Taipei, led by the NCCU president Prof. Dr. Edward H. Chow, visited the University of Göttingen. The NCCU is our most important partner university in Taiwan. After a visit of the Göttingen State and University Library and a joint lunch, the delegation met with University president Prof. Dr. Ulrike Beisiegel and further representatives of the University. Both sides highly valued the long-standing and successful cooperation and agreed on a further intensification of the collaboration. The latter comprises, among others, an increase of the number of places for exchange students, an intensified exchange of PhD students and lecturers as well as an expansion of the research cooperation.
