Applications for Doctoral Programme with the China Scholarship Council (CSC)
This year again, Chinese doctoral students have the opportunity to apply for a scholarship from the China Scholarship Council (CSC). The programme for joint doctoral training of the University of Göttingen and the CSC encompasses all subjects offered at the University of Göttingen. The Chinese doctoral students receive a CSC scholarship for a period of up to 48 months. The Chinese applicants must not be currently working outside of China. In order to register, they have to submit the invitation letter issued by their Göttingen supervisor and their CV to China Office by email (chinaoffice@uni-goettingen.de) no later than March 20, 2017. Chinese students who presently are already studying in Germany may also apply for CSC doctoral scholarships. Such applications, however, have to be submitted individually directly to the Chinese Embassy in Berlin.
