Erasmus+ Staff Mobility (Key Action 103)
This EU-funded mobility program enables technical and administrative staff of the University of Göttingen to take part in a one- or two-week exchange with European partner universities. The spectrum ranges from thematic workshops to job shadowing and individually furnished professional exchanges of experience. The program also aims at strengthening the applicants’ personal intercultural competence and her or his foreign language skills.
Göttingen International and the staff development department have elaborated a concept for expanding the program to a certification program for continued training and education.
