DAAD funding to support the mobility of young researchers and university lecturers
To support the mobility of young researchers and lecturers to realize bi-national research projects, the DAAD offers funding for short stays abroad, including travel expenses, within the framework of the “Programmes for Project-Related Personal Exchange (PPP)” again in 2017. The official release of the calls varies with destination. Already in April 2017 PPPs for Australia, Brazil, Bulgaria, China, Czech Republic, France, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Canada, Croatia, Peru, Poland, Serbia, Slovakia, Taiwan and USA will be announced. The expected application deadline is late May / early June.
Furthermore, the DAAD continuously supports the mobility of university lecturers. The application for a short-term or long-term teaching activity at an officially recognized university abroad is possible several times throughout the year. The application deadlines for a stay abroad from 2018 onwards are March 30, July 20, and September 29, 2017.
