Finalists in the 2020 Coimbra Group 3MT Competition
Once again, a PhD student from the University of Göttingen was selected as one of three finalists in the three-minute-thesis competition of the European University network Coimbra Group. Selina Bruns held a presentation entitled “Sustainable Development of Smallholder Famers in the Larger Mekong Area“ in which she presented the theory that untreated short-sightedness among smallholder farmers in developing countries could explain why some struggle more than others to be successful. In total, 19 universities from the network had participated in the competition. The finale is planned to take place on October 22nd, 2020 at the University of Montpellier.
