Funding for International Scientific Cooperation by the Ministry of Science and Culture of Lower Saxony
Within the scope of “International scientific cooperation”, the Ministry of Science and Culture of Lower Saxony offers financial support for the initiation or expansion of international cooperation projects in research and teaching. Eligible to apply are professors and scientific staff (no doctoral candidates). Depending on the partner country, the funding covers up to 70% of the travel costs for Göttingen scientists going abroad or accommodation costs for scientists coming to Göttingen. Applications for the first half of 2019 should be submitted by 30 June, applications for the second half by 31 October.
