Students at the Faculty of Chemistry are able to take advantage of a wide range of scientific facilities ranging from NMR- and mass-spectroscopy units and x-ray facilities to the members of the Göttingen Campus, including eight local non-university research institutions such as the Max Planck institutes.

Additionally, the lecture series »Careers in Chemistry«, with reports by alumni, is offered every semester to present various possible career paths.
