ENLIGHT – T&L Conference and Awards – Call for Institutional Communication

Dear Students,
We are happy to announce the next steps in the organization of the ENLIGHT Teaching and Learning Conference and Awards in Ghent on November 18-19, 2021.
What needs to be communicated?
- Call for proposals – to be distributed widely, as well as in a targeted manner – deadline for submission August 6th, 2021
- Call for reviewers – to be distributed in a targeted manner – deadline for submission August 6th, 2021
- Institutional call for the T&L award – instructions for providing one institutional nominee – deadline for submission September 30th, 2021
May we draw special attention to internal support for mobility of staff and students via the different funding mechanisms applicable for your institution? Since this process is different for each institution, this has not been added to the communication resources.
How can it be communicated?
- The communication kit on the ENLIGHT-sharepoint contains necessary information for ENLIGHT project managers. PLEASE GO THROUGH THIS CAREFULLY! All documents are provided as Word-docs so they are adaptable for your convenience.
- The ENLIGHT-website contains basic information for end-users/target groups. The information will be updated regularly.
What are next steps in communication?
The communication kit contains suggested milestones for your institutional communication process. Please keep these in mind!
